The Debt

I borrowed $57, 541 to go to college. Three years later it's time to pay back my debtors. I gave myself two years to play Peace Corps and another year to fail at cheetah-quick debt repayment. Now, I'm forcing myself to face the truth by going public and hopefully getting some help and making some friends along the way.

The Truth of it all: 

• I have 13 loans between $1,262.28 and $12,164.32.
• I'm giving myself 2 years to pay the rest of my debts. 
• All of my loans were from Sallie Mae and are now from Navient. 
• I am a teacher living in Texas. 

I haven't figured out what my blog will look like, but I'm hoping it will be a motivator for my financial goals, starting with this debt.
